AlSi42(42Si/58Al) alloy is suitable for aerial photography camera
Baienwei is expert in the development and production of aluminum-silicon alloys products,which not only used for the industry-leading application but also used in the holding devices for optical elements.The holding device consist,at least in parts,of a silicon-containing aluminum material,in which of the silicon content is selected in such a way that the thermal expansion coefficient of the silicon-containing aluminum material is substantially matched to the thermal expansion coefficient of an optical element in the holding device.In this way,it is possible to keep mechanical stresses between an optical element in the holding device and the holding device itself constant over a wide temperature range.
Preferably, the silicon content in the aluminum material is more than 15% by weight. This ensures that the aluminum material has good machining properties.To achieve a high imaging quality with optical holding device,it is necessary for this holding device to have a high mechanical stability when making pictures.Even more preferably, the silicon content in the aluminum material is more than 30 or, most preferably, more than 40% by weight. This creates a particularly lightweight holding device.The holding device is suited with a board variety of applications,they are especially used in aerial photography camera, particularly those deployed in light aircraft and unmanned projectiles where maintaining light weight while still providing precision performance is of particular concern.
